The Hotel Palazzo del Giglio is located in Venice's historic centre, in Campo Santa Maria del Giglio, site of the eponymous church.
Just around the corner from Hotel Palazzo del Giglio is the Calle Larga XXII Marzo, famous for its luxury boutiques with the Italian designer clothing; the surrounding neighbourhood bustles with craft workshops and art galleries.

Near to the church of Santa Maria della Salute is the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the contemporary art museum established by the famous American art collector.
