Restaurant La Rivista is placed in a splendid area of the beautiful Dorsoduro district, one of the preferred artistic and Venetians zones.
This Venice Restaurant is also just behind the great Accademia fine art gallery and the big wooden bridge.

The restaurant’s name, La Rivista, is inspired by a Futurist painting created in 1925 by Fortunato Depero, which belongs to the owner’s private collection and is on display by the restaurant entrance.

The carefully designed decor of La Rivista restaurant consists of tables made from steel, glass and starlight – marble dust mixed with mirror fragments to create sparkling effects – elegant leather sofas combined with original metal furnishing accessories like the hat-stands and entrance staircase.
The environment is made sophisticated by details like the 40s bar, the tableware and Futurist-style menu graphics.

The La Rivista restaurant is the perfect setting for dinners and buffets: as well as the dining room which can seat 40, there is also a terrace that is perfect for al-fresco dining on warm days.

The menu of the La Rivista restaurant changes frequently to offer guests a variety of fresh seasonal produce.
Mainly meat- and fish-based dishes although the varied clientele will not be disappointed by the original twists given to Venetian traditional specialities and vegetarian dishes made from vegetables from the lagoon vegetable gardens, cooked and presented with a light, highly creative touch.

Excellent selection of cheeses and a fine wine list with exclusively Italian wines (served by the glass at both lunch and dinner time).
Particular attention has been paid to the choice of labels in order to offer guests superb value for their money, proposing quality wines at affordable prices.
